Return Window
At Marinmarie, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. dit geeft je ruim de tijd om te beslissen of je nieuwe aankoop helemaal naar wens is.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required to process your request.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@marinmarie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please notify us immediately at info@marinmarie.com Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.
Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply follow the return process for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If successful, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@marinmarie.com
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you exercise your legal right to cancel within the cooling-off period, the items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing fault, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part, Marinmarie will cover the return shipping costs.
